About Our Head of School
Jonathan Frueh joins FCA leadership in the fall of 2026
My name is Jonathan Frueh, and I am privileged to begin serving as the new Head of School at FCA and to join an already exceptional team of Christian educators. I am passionate about fostering a culture of academic excellence firmly rooted in the risen Jesus Christ and the unchanging truths of Scripture. As a Christian educator and leader, I am committed to helping students develop a deep relationship with Jesus Christ (Philippians 3:10) and encourage them to glorify Him in their academic pursuits (1 Corinthians 6:20).
I am blessed to share life with my wonderful wife, Kierra, and our three children, Sunny, JJ, and Jordan. They continually remind me of the importance of pursuing Christ, growing together as a family, and embracing lifelong learning. We consider it a tremendous privilege to partner with families as we seek to equip and inspire the next generation of armored Knights for Christ (Ephesians 6:10-18).
Outside of school, I am an avid coffee drinker, a lifelong basketball enthusiast, and a devoted student of God’s Word. Whether enjoying a good cup of coffee, cheering loudly at a game, or spending time studying the Bible, I love to experience the blessings of our Lord. My family and I are excited to be part of the FCA community, and we look forward to what God will do at Fairfield Christian Academy.
